At ParkBee we make existing parking spaces more accessible to the public. We do this in collaboration with the largest parking apps in the Netherlands, such as Parkmobile and Park-line. But sometimes, our users get lost too. Or they need help with making a reservation. That’s why we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to help solve these issues. Someone who loves making our customers happy. Someone who is not afraid to pick up the phone. And someone who’s available for 16 to 24 hours a week.
What are you going to do?
As a Customer Support Specialist at ParkBee you do everything in your power to provide our customers with a great parking experience. You ensure that our users become ParkBee fans, and you do that with a smile. At ParkBee, customer support is done by telephone and email. You get a lot of questions from users (the people who park in our parking garages), our customers (the owners of the parking garages) and the people who use our partners’ apps.
