Ring, ring, telephone. Answer, solve problem, hang up. It’s your new job at ParkBee in a nutshell.

At ParkBee we make existing parking spaces more accessible to the public. We do this in collaboration with the largest parking apps in the Netherlands, such as Parkmobile and Park-line. But sometimes, our users get lost too. Or they need help with making a reservation. That’s why we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to help solve these issues. Someone who loves making our customers happy. Someone who is not afraid to pick up the phone. And someone who’s available for 16 to 24 hours a week.

What are you going to do?

As a Customer Support Specialist at ParkBee you do everything in your power to provide our customers with a great parking experience. You ensure that our users become ParkBee fans, and you do that with a smile. At ParkBee, customer support is done by telephone and email. You get a lot of questions from users (the people who park in our parking garages), our customers (the owners of the parking garages) and the people who use our partners’ apps.

Your tasks inlcude:

  • Answering all customer questions that come in by email or phone.
  • Determining customer problems and then search for a suitable solution.
  • Sharing the ParkBee story with our customers. Who are we and what do we stand for? You must be able to spread this story enthusiastically.
  • Because our parking products change regularly and become smarter on a daily basis, it is important that you always stay up to date, by always knowing how our product works.

We are probably a match if you:

  • Are student (or recent graduate) with a higher professional education (hbo+).
  • Are a people’s person. Satisfying customers is something you sincerely enjoy doing.
  • Love to work structured and organized.
  • Are able to tackle and solve problems from a proactive attitude.
  • Are a team player with strong communication skills.
  • Fluently speak and write Dutch, and are comfortable with writing English.
  • Take work seriously, but also like to have fun from time to time. Parking can really be a hoot;-).
