Your role summarised in one sentence

You help tech startups and scale-ups to become internationally successful by coordinating various international projects and programmes like our Go-to-Market Programmes,  Globalisers, trade missions and other (international) projects.

Working at DutchBasecamp

Do you get shit done?

Hoe. Cool. Is. Dat?

Why is this partially in Dutch?

Because we expect you to be fluent in both Dutch and in English.

What you really do

1. Take care of the smoothest of all operations for every project, trade mission or programme you are involved in. Here are examples of projects you will be involved in:

     a. Go-to-Market Programmes: e.g. focused on successful market expansion of (Dutch) scale-ups with innovative  solutions for the  German manufacturing industry.

b. Globalisers: e.g. focused on the international expansion of healthtech or e-commerce scale-ups.

    c. A 3 year international project supporting European scale-ups for expansion (to the Indian market).

2. Execute the above-mentioned, including a wide range activities:

   a. Overall programme management: run the project and programme from start to finish. Planning, stakeholder management, involve experts, communicate with participants, update and involve team members, evaluate and implement learnings.
b. Scout and select participants: validate the need within the target group, create a lead list, reach out to potential  participants, and do intakes.
c. Prepare content for the (online) sessions and workshops and potentially facilitate some of these sessions yourself.

3. Communicate with lots and lots of people (e.g. entrepreneurs, our experts, and our partners such as: embassies and consulates, regional economic development agencies, RVO, foreign partners), to keep everyone informed and aligned with what we (you) are organising.

And have fun.
